We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. For your convenience we accept cash, check, most major credit cards, and Care Credit. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Please note that the quotes that are given in this office for any procedures are only an estimate. We do the best to our ability to estimate you're out of pocket cost. However, please note that once the claim is sent to the insurance, there is a possibility that it could change. There are also other services and procedures our office provide that insurance companies do not cover. In those cases payment would be due prior to, according to our payment policy, or at the time of the service.
If is it a service billable to your insurance we will submit the claim. Most insurance companies respond in four to six weeks. We will send you a statement once everything has been received from your insurance company. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
